Rebecca O'Callaghan is a Certified Internal Family Systems Therapist based in Ireland. She shares her journey of understanding herself as a system of parts; from being a child who was conflicted with knowing she was both a 'good girl' and a 'bad girl', to studying Gestalt Therapy and being particularly drawn to the chair work and working with parts through this model. Rebecca discusses flow states and her deepening experiences of Self Energy, and how intellectual parts of her have loved the framework of IFS- putting words to what is known internally.
